The “Onyx Summer Kit” contest (the “Contest”) is organized by Onyx (the “Contest Organizer”). It begins on April 6, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. (ET) and ends on June 28, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (ET) (the “Contest Period”).

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to all individuals who legally reside in Québec and have reached the age of majority at the time of entry. Exclusions: Employees, representatives, agents, or partners of Onyx, as well as any person living in the same household or any immediate family member, are not eligible to participate.

2. HOW TO ENTER

Participation is exclusively online, through the official entry form available on the Onyx website during the Contest Period.

• No purchase required.
• One entry per person and/or household address.

3. PRIZES

A total of five (5) prizes are available, with an approximate total value of $1750 CAD. Prize Description Each prize consists of an Onyx Summer Kit (beach towel, insulated bag, and pool chemical products) with an approximate value of $350 CAD. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, with no substitution, transfer, or exchange permitted. Onyx reserves the right to replace a prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

4. DRAW AND WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The draw will be conducted electronically from all eligible entries received. Announcement Winners will be announced on Onyx’s social media channels and/or contacted directly by email within 10 days following the end of the Contest.

5. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

Before being confirmed as a winner, each selected participant must:

• Reply to the email from Onyx within 7 days.
• Correctly answer a mathematical skill‑testing question (required in Québec).
• Provide valid photo identification.
• Complete and sign a release form provided by Onyx.

Once confirmed, the prize will be shipped by mail to the address provided by the winner within 30 days. If a selected participant does not respond within the required timeframe, refuses the prize, or fails to comply with the rules, their entry will be void and another participant may be selected.

6. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The Contest is subject to all applicable laws in Québec.
• Any attempt to tamper with, manipulate, or abuse the Contest will result in immediate disqualification.
• Onyx is not responsible for technical errors, network issues, service interruptions, or any situation beyond its control that may affect participation.
• By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and city for winner announcements, without compensation.
• Onyx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest in the event of error, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES

Participation in the Contest constitutes full acceptance of these Contest Rules.
